There's always trouble with handymen! That is exactly what the two ladies thought when they moved into their appartment in the heart of Berlin only to learn that several repairs have to be done. Electrician, plumber and window washer show up to asses the problem areas. Yet, these guys turn out to be dilettant dabblers. The ladies misuse the equipment the guys brought to try it out on them.
